- 2 tablespoons yellow mustard
- 2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish

- 8 large flour tortillas
- 2 cups shredded lettuce
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 cup diced onions
Instructions
- Prepare the Big Mac Sauce:
- In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, yellow mustard, sweet pickle relish, white vinegar, and sugar. Set aside.
- Cook the Ground Beef:
- Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add ground beef, salt, black pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, and paprika to the skillet.
- Cook the beef, breaking it up with a spatula, until browned and cooked through. Drain any excess fat. Set aside.
- Assemble the Big Mac Wraps:
- Place a flour tortilla on a clean surface.
- Spread a generous spoonful of the Big Mac sauce in the center of the tortilla.
- Top with a portion of the cooked ground beef.
- Sprinkle shredded lettuce, cheddar cheese, diced tomatoes, and diced onions over the beef.
- Roll the tortilla tightly, tucking in the sides as you go, to form a wrap.
- Repeat with the remaining tortillas and filling ingredients.
- Serve the Big Mac Wraps:
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat.
- Place the wraps seam-side down in the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from the skillet and let them cool slightly before serving.
- Slice the wraps in half diagonally and serve with extra Big Mac sauce for dipping, if desired.
