Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons yellow mustard
  • 2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
  • 1 tablespoon white vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 8 large flour tortillas
  • 2 cups shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup diced onions

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Big Mac Sauce:
    1. In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, yellow mustard, sweet pickle relish, white vinegar, and sugar. Set aside.
  2. Cook the Ground Beef:
    1. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
    2. Add ground beef, salt, black pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, and paprika to the skillet.
    3. Cook the beef, breaking it up with a spatula, until browned and cooked through. Drain any excess fat. Set aside.
  3. Assemble the Big Mac Wraps:
    1. Place a flour tortilla on a clean surface.
    2. Spread a generous spoonful of the Big Mac sauce in the center of the tortilla.
    3. Top with a portion of the cooked ground beef.
    4. Sprinkle shredded lettuce, cheddar cheese, diced tomatoes, and diced onions over the beef.
    5. Roll the tortilla tightly, tucking in the sides as you go, to form a wrap.
    6. Repeat with the remaining tortillas and filling ingredients.
  4. Serve the Big Mac Wraps:
    1. Heat a large skillet over medium heat.
    2. Place the wraps seam-side down in the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
    3. Remove from the skillet and let them cool slightly before serving.
    4. Slice the wraps in half diagonally and serve with extra Big Mac sauce for dipping, if desired.
