This festive Champagne punch features a delightful blend of fresh juices, peach schnapps, and mixed berries, making it a refreshing and vibrant drink perfect for any celebration.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 bottle (750 ml) of Champagne or sparkling wine
  • 1 cup of fresh orange juice
  • 1 cup of fresh cranberry juice
  • 1/2 cup of peach schnapps
  • 1/4 cup of simple syrup (adjust to taste)
  • 1 cup of fresh mixed berries (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries)
  • 1 orange, sliced
  • 1 lemon, sliced
  • 1 lime, sliced
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  1. In a large punch bowl, combine the fresh orange juice, cranberry juice, and peach schnapps. Stir gently to mix the juices together.
  2. Add the simple syrup to the mixture. If you prefer a sweeter punch, feel free to add more syrup to taste.
  3. Once the juices and schnapps are well combined, gently fold in the fresh mixed berries.
  4. Cover the punch bowl with plastic wrap or a lid and place it in the refrigerator. Let it chill for at least 1 hour.
  5. While the punch is chilling, slice the orange, lemon, and lime into thin rounds and set them aside.
  6. Take the bottle of Champagne or sparkling wine out of the refrigerator.
  7. Open the Champagne carefully to avoid spills.
  8. Pour the Champagne into the punch bowl with the juice mixture just before serving.
  9. Add ice cubes to the punch bowl to keep the punch cold.
  10. Gently stir the punch to combine the Champagne with the juice mixture.
  11. Toss in the sliced fruits and any remaining berries.
  12. Using a ladle, pour the punch into individual glasses.
  13. Garnish each glass with a sprig of fresh mint.
  14. Optionally, add a few whole berries to each glass for decoration.

Notes

  • Adjust the amount of simple syrup based on your sweetness preference.
