This festive Champagne punch features a delightful blend of fresh juices, peach schnapps, and mixed berries, making it a refreshing and vibrant drink perfect for any celebration.

- 1 bottle (750 ml) of Champagne or sparkling wine
- 1 cup of fresh orange juice
- 1 cup of fresh cranberry juice
- 1/2 cup of peach schnapps
- 1/4 cup of simple syrup (adjust to taste)
- 1 cup of fresh mixed berries (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries)
- 1 orange, sliced
- 1 lemon, sliced
- 1 lime, sliced
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish
- Ice cubes
Instructions
- In a large punch bowl, combine the fresh orange juice, cranberry juice, and peach schnapps. Stir gently to mix the juices together.
- Add the simple syrup to the mixture. If you prefer a sweeter punch, feel free to add more syrup to taste.
- Once the juices and schnapps are well combined, gently fold in the fresh mixed berries.
- Cover the punch bowl with plastic wrap or a lid and place it in the refrigerator. Let it chill for at least 1 hour.
- While the punch is chilling, slice the orange, lemon, and lime into thin rounds and set them aside.
- Take the bottle of Champagne or sparkling wine out of the refrigerator.
- Open the Champagne carefully to avoid spills.
- Pour the Champagne into the punch bowl with the juice mixture just before serving.
- Add ice cubes to the punch bowl to keep the punch cold.
- Gently stir the punch to combine the Champagne with the juice mixture.
- Toss in the sliced fruits and any remaining berries.
- Using a ladle, pour the punch into individual glasses.
- Garnish each glass with a sprig of fresh mint.
- Optionally, add a few whole berries to each glass for decoration.
