- 1 lb asparagus, trimmed
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- 2. Place the trimmed asparagus in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- 3. In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
- 4. Drizzle the olive oil mixture over the asparagus and toss to coat evenly.
- 5. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese over the asparagus.
- 6. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- 7. Serve hot and enjoy!
