  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 cup black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • Lime wedges for serving

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the chipotle ranch dressing, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Place the chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag or shallow dish and pour the marinade over them, ensuring they are well coated.
  3. Marinate the chicken in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour, or preferably overnight for maximum flavor.
  4. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat and oil the grates to prevent sticking.
  5. Remove the chicken from the marinade, allowing any excess to drip off.
  6. Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
