- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
- Chocolate shavings or cocoa powder for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Once the pie crust has cooled completely, pour the chocolate filling into the crust, spreading it evenly with a spatula.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the heavy whipping cream and powdered sugar. Using an electric mixer, whip the cream until soft peaks form.
- Spread the whipped cream over the chocolate filling, smoothing it out to cover the entire surface.
