  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar (packed)
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line two baking sheets with parchment paper or silicone mats.

  • Cream Butter and Sugars: In a large mixing bowl, cream together softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.

  • Add Eggs and Vanilla: Beat in the eggs one at a time, followed by the vanilla extract.

  • Mix Dry Ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.

  • Combine Wet and Dry Ingredients: Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing just until combined.

  • Add Chocolate Chips and Marshmallows: Gently fold in the mini marshmallows and chocolate chips.

  • Scoop the Dough: Use a cookie scoop or spoon to drop dough balls (about 1.5 tablespoons each) onto the prepared baking sheets, spacing them 2 inches apart.

  • Bake: Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the edges are set and the centers are still soft.

  • Cool: Let the cookies cool on the baking sheets for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
