  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon hot sauce
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano

  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare Cowboy Butter:
    1. In a small bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, paprika, dried oregano, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper. Mix well and set aside.
  2. Cook the Pasta:
    1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions in a large pot of salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  3. Cook the Chicken:
    1. Season the chicken pieces with salt and pepper.
    2. In a large skillet, heat some olive oil over medium-high heat.
    3. Add the seasoned chicken pieces and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-6 minutes per side.
    4. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
  4. Prepare the Sauce:
    1. In the same skillet, add the Cowboy Butter and chicken broth. Bring to a simmer.
    2. Stir in the heavy cream and grated Parmesan cheese until the cheese is melted and the sauce is smooth.
  5. Combine Everything:
    1. Add the cooked pasta and chicken back to the skillet with the sauce.
    2. Toss everything together until well coated in the sauce.
    3. Simmer for a few minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
  6. Serve:
    1. Remove the skillet from heat and sprinkle chopped parsley on top.
    2. Serve the Cowboy Butter Chicken Pasta hot, garnished with additional Parmesan cheese if desired.
