- 1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 lb rigatoni pasta
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 4 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
– Step 1: Cook the Rigatoni – Boil salted water, cook rigatoni until al dente, drain, and set aside.
– Step 2: Sauté the Chicken – Brown chicken in olive oil, season, and set aside.
– Step 3: Make the Garlic Butter Sauce – Sauté garlic in butter, add chicken broth, and simmer.
– Step 4: Add the Cream and Parmesan – Stir in cream and parmesan, cook until thickened, season.
– Step 5: Combine Chicken, Pasta, and Sauce – Toss chicken, pasta, and sauce together until coated.
– Step 6: Serve – Garnish with parsley and enjoy!
