Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded mozzarella cheese, and grated Parmesan cheese. Use a spatula or a hand mixer to blend the ingredients until smooth and creamy.
  2. Add the chopped chives (or green onions), garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper to the cheese mixture. Stir well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
  3. Taste the mixture and adjust the seasoning if necessary. You can add more salt, pepper, or garlic powder according to your preference.
  4. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking and make cleanup easier.
  5. Take the mini bagels and slice them in half horizontally. If you are using plain bagels, you can add a little extra flavor by brushing the cut sides with olive oil.
  6. Arrange the bagel halves cut side up on the prepared baking sheet, ensuring they are spaced apart to allow for even cooking.
