- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 cups cooked white rice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts in the crockpot.
- Sprinkle the ranch seasoning mix over the chicken.
- Add the cream cheese and chicken broth to the crockpot.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 4 hours, until the chicken is cooked through and easily shredded.
- Shred the chicken using two forks.
- Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until melted and well combined.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve the crack chicken over cooked white rice.
- Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
