Ingredients
- – 4 lobster tails
- – 1 cup heavy cream
- – 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- – 4 cloves garlic, minced
- – 2 tablespoons butter
- – 1 tablespoon olive oil
- – 1/2 teaspoon salt
- – 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- – 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- – Chopped fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
– Step 1: Prepare the Lobster Tails
Using kitchen shears, cut the top of the lobster tails lengthwise and gently pull the meat out, resting it on top of the shell. Be careful not to detach the meat completely.
– Step 2: Season the Lobster Tails
Season the lobster tails with salt and pepper, then set them aside.
