I’ve never commented on recipes till now. Made these exactly as recipe states (except only a 1/2 batch) for breakfast this morning. Very good! I used an ice cream scoop to portion the biscuits and ended up with 4 nice sized biscuits rather than the expected 6. That’s okay; no leftovers that way.
Next time, I will double the amount of sausage listed and increase cheese to at least 2/3 cup.
I have not used 100% almond flour in recipes before, and I was most pleasantly surprised by how good and moist they were!
