  • Author: Maria
  • Total Time: 20 minutes
  • Yield: 2-4 servings 1x

Description

Enjoy a refreshing Non-Alcoholic Strawberry Mango Daiquiri, blending sweet strawberries and ripe mangoes with zesty lime for a delightful treat. Perfect for warm days and gatherings, this vibrant drink is a hit with both kids and adults!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 1 cup ripe mango, peeled and diced
  • 1/2 cup fresh lime juice (about 45 limes)
  • 1/4 cup simple syrup (adjust to taste)
  • 2 cups ice cubes
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)
  • Strawberry or mango slices for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Wash the strawberries under cold water, remove the green tops, and slice them. For the mango, stand it upright and slice down along the pit to create two halves. Score the flesh in a grid pattern and scoop it out with a spoon.
  2. Combine equal parts sugar and water (1/4 cup each) in a small saucepan. Heat over medium, stirring until the sugar dissolves. Let it cool.
  3. In a blender, combine the sliced strawberries, diced mango, fresh lime juice, and cooled simple syrup. Add the ice cubes and blend on high until smooth and creamy, about 30 seconds to a minute. Adjust sweetness with more syrup if desired.
  4. Pour the blended mixture into tall, chilled glasses, filling them about three-quarters full. Garnish with fresh mint leaves and slices of strawberry or mango.
  5. Sip and enjoy your refreshing drink! For parties, consider making a larger batch and storing it in the fridge. Feel free to experiment with other fruits or add coconut milk for a tropical twist.

Notes

  • Adjust the sweetness of the daiquiri by modifying the amount of simple syrup.
  • You can substitute or add other fruits like pineapple or peach for variety.
  • Leftover daiquiri can be frozen in ice cube trays for a quick treat later.
