This rich and creamy Nutella fudge combines Nutella, chocolate, and sweetened condensed milk for a decadent treat. Easy to make and perfect for any occasion, it’s sure to satisfy your sweet cravings!

- 1 cup Nutella
- 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup chopped nuts (optional, walnuts or pecans recommended)
- 1/2 cup mini marshmallows (optional, for a fun twist)
- Cooking spray or parchment paper (for lining the pan)
Instructions
- Start by gathering all your ingredients on the counter. Its always easier to have everything ready to go before you start cooking.
- In a medium saucepan, combine the Nutella and sweetened condensed milk over low heat. Stir continuously to ensure that the mixture doesnt burn. This will take about 2-3 minutes.
- Once the Nutella and condensed milk are well combined and smooth, add in the semi-sweet chocolate chips. Keep stirring until the chocolate chips are completely melted and the mixture is glossy. This should take another 2-3 minutes.
- Remove the saucepan from the heat and stir in the vanilla extract and salt. If youre using nuts or mini marshmallows, fold them in at this stage.
- While the fudge mixture is cooling slightly, prepare your baking pan. An 8×8 inch square pan is recommended, but a 9×9 inch pan can also be used.
- Lightly spray the pan with cooking spray or line it with parchment paper, leaving some overhang on the sides for easy removal.
- Once the fudge mixture has cooled for a few minutes, pour it into the prepared pan. Use a spatula to spread it evenly across the pan.
- Gently tap the pan on the counter to remove any air bubbles.
- Let the fudge set at room temperature for about 2 hours or place it in the refrigerator for about 1 hour.
- Once the fudge is set, lift it out of the pan using the parchment paper overhang and place it on a cutting board.
- Using a sharp knife, cut the fudge into squares (about 16 pieces).
- Transfer the fudge squares to a serving plate or an airtight container. Store in the fridge if not serving immediately.
- Enjoy your delicious Nutella fudge as is, or drizzle with melted chocolate or caramel sauce for an extra treat.
- For a sweet and salty combination, sprinkle some sea salt on top.
