Description

This rich and creamy Nutella fudge combines Nutella, chocolate, and sweetened condensed milk for a decadent treat. Easy to make and perfect for any occasion, it’s sure to satisfy your sweet cravings!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup Nutella
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup chopped nuts (optional, walnuts or pecans recommended)
  • 1/2 cup mini marshmallows (optional, for a fun twist)
  • Cooking spray or parchment paper (for lining the pan)

Instructions

  1. Start by gathering all your ingredients on the counter. It’s always easier to have everything ready to go before you start cooking.
  2. In a medium saucepan, combine the Nutella and sweetened condensed milk over low heat. Stir continuously to ensure that the mixture doesn’t burn. This will take about 2-3 minutes.
  3. Once the Nutella and condensed milk are well combined and smooth, add in the semi-sweet chocolate chips. Keep stirring until the chocolate chips are completely melted and the mixture is glossy. This should take another 2-3 minutes.
  4. Remove the saucepan from the heat and stir in the vanilla extract and salt. If you’re using nuts or mini marshmallows, fold them in at this stage.
  5. While the fudge mixture is cooling slightly, prepare your baking pan. An 8×8 inch square pan is recommended, but a 9×9 inch pan can also be used.
  6. Lightly spray the pan with cooking spray or line it with parchment paper, leaving some overhang on the sides for easy removal.
  7. Once the fudge mixture has cooled for a few minutes, pour it into the prepared pan. Use a spatula to spread it evenly across the pan.
  8. Gently tap the pan on the counter to remove any air bubbles.
  9. Let the fudge set at room temperature for about 2 hours or place it in the refrigerator for about 1 hour.
  10. Once the fudge is set, lift it out of the pan using the parchment paper overhang and place it on a cutting board.
  11. Using a sharp knife, cut the fudge into squares (about 16 pieces).
  12. Transfer the fudge squares to a serving plate or an airtight container. Store in the fridge if not serving immediately.
  13. Enjoy your delicious Nutella fudge as is, or drizzle with melted chocolate or caramel sauce for an extra treat.
  14. For a sweet and salty combination, sprinkle some sea salt on top.
  15. These fudgy squares are perfect for parties, potlucks, or as a delightful gift!
