- 2 ripe peaches, pitted and chopped
- 1 ripe mango, peeled and chopped
- 1 banana, sliced
- 1 cup of Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
- 1 cup of coconut milk (or any milk of your choice)
- 1 tablespoon of honey or maple syrup (optional, adjust to taste)
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1 cup of ice cubes
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Select Your Fruits: Choose ripe peaches and mangoes for the best flavor.
- Wash and Chop: Rinse peaches, cut in half, remove the pit, and chop. For the mango, slice off the sides of the pit, scoop out the flesh, and chop.
- Slice the Banana: Peel and slice the banana into rounds.
- Gather Your Other Ingredients: Measure out Greek yogurt, coconut milk, honey (if using), vanilla extract, and ice cubes.
- Add Ingredients to Blender: In a high-speed blender, add the chopped peaches, mango, and banana.
- Incorporate Yogurt and Milk: Add Greek yogurt and coconut milk to the blender.
- Sweeten It Up: Drizzle in honey or maple syrup if desired.
- Add Vanilla Extract: Pour in the vanilla extract.
