Description

This tropical smoothie combines ripe peaches, mango, and banana with creamy Greek yogurt and coconut milk for a sweet, nutritious drink that’s perfect for breakfast or a refreshing snack.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 ripe peaches, pitted and chopped
  • 1 ripe mango, peeled and chopped
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 1 cup of Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
  • 1 cup of coconut milk (or any milk of your choice)
  • 1 tablespoon of honey or maple syrup (optional, adjust to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 1 cup of ice cubes
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Select Your Fruits: Choose ripe peaches and mangoes for the best flavor.
  2. Wash and Chop: Rinse peaches, cut in half, remove the pit, and chop. For the mango, slice off the sides of the pit, scoop out the flesh, and chop.
  3. Slice the Banana: Peel and slice the banana into rounds.
  4. Gather Your Other Ingredients: Measure out Greek yogurt, coconut milk, honey (if using), vanilla extract, and ice cubes.
  5. Add Ingredients to Blender: In a high-speed blender, add the chopped peaches, mango, and banana.
  6. Incorporate Yogurt and Milk: Add Greek yogurt and coconut milk to the blender.
  7. Sweeten It Up: Drizzle in honey or maple syrup if desired.
  8. Add Vanilla Extract: Pour in the vanilla extract.
  9. Toss in the Ice: Add ice cubes to the blender.
  10. Blend Until Smooth: Blend on high speed for 30-60 seconds until smooth.
  11. Taste Test: Taste the smoothie and adjust sweetness if needed.
  12. Adjust Consistency: Add more coconut milk or water if too thick, or more ice/yogurt if too thin.
  13. Prepare Your Glasses: Chill glasses in the freezer if desired.
  14. Pour and Garnish: Pour the smoothie into glasses and garnish with mint leaves if using.
  15. Enjoy Immediately: Serve fresh and enjoy!

Notes

  • Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours.
