- 1 cup frozen raspberries
- 1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
- 1 frozen banana, sliced
- 1 cup coconut milk (full-fat or light)
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt (optional)
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon almond extract (optional)
- 1–2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (adjust to taste)
- Ice cubes (if needed)
- Toasted coconut flakes, for garnish (optional)
- Fresh raspberries, for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Combine Frozen Fruit: In a blender, add the frozen raspberries and sliced frozen banana.
- Add Coconut Goodness: Add the shredded coconut and coconut milk to the blender.
- Boost with Yogurt and Seeds (Optional): Add the Greek yogurt (if using) and chia seeds (if using).
- Flavor Enhancement: Add the vanilla extract and almond extract (if using).
- Sweeten to Taste: Add honey or maple syrup, starting with 1 tablespoon, and adjust to your desired sweetness.
- Start Blending: Secure the lid and blend on low speed, gradually increasing to high until smooth and creamy (30-60 seconds).
- Check Consistency: If too thick, add more coconut milk (1 tablespoon at a time). If too thin, add ice cubes. Blend until desired consistency is reached.
- Taste and Adjust: Taste and adjust sweetness or flavor as needed. Add more honey/maple syrup for sweetness, more raspberries for raspberry flavor, or more coconut for coconut flavor.
- Blend Again (If Needed): Blend again briefly to incorporate any adjustments.
- Pour into a Glass: Carefully pour the smoothie into your favorite glass.
- Garnish (Optional): Garnish with toasted coconut flakes and fresh raspberries.
- Enjoy Immediately: Serve and enjoy immediately.

- For a thicker smoothie, use more frozen fruit or add ice.
