- 1 cup cooked white rice
- 8 oz steak, thinly sliced
- 8 oz shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn)
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- Green onions for garnish
Instructions
– Step 1: Cook the rice according to package instructions and set aside to cool.
– Step 2: Prepare all the ingredients – slice the steak, peel and devein the shrimp, beat the eggs, and mince the garlic.
– Step 3: Cook the steak and shrimp in a skillet, then set aside.
– Step 4: Scramble the eggs in the same skillet and set aside.
– Step 5: Stir-fry the mixed vegetables with garlic until tender-crisp.
– Step 6: Combine all the cooked ingredients in the skillet with the vegetables, add rice, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, sugar, salt, and pepper. Stir well to combine.
– Step 7: Garnish with green onions and serve hot.
