  • 1 package of slider buns (12 count)
  • 1 cup of milk chocolate chips
  • 1 cup of mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup of graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup of unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup of brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon of salt
  • Optional: extra chocolate chips and marshmallows for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice the slider buns in half horizontally, keeping the top and bottom halves together.
  3. Place the bottom halves of the slider buns in a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  4. In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine the milk chocolate chips and mini marshmallows.
  5. In another bowl, mix together the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, brown sugar, vanilla extract, and salt until well combined.
  6. Sprinkle the graham cracker mixture evenly over the bottom halves of the slider buns.
  7. Pour the chocolate chips and marshmallows mixture over the graham cracker layer, spreading it out evenly.
  8. Place the top halves of the slider buns back on top and gently press down.
  9. Optionally, sprinkle additional chocolate chips and mini marshmallows on top.
  10. Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil.
  11. Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes.
  12. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown and the marshmallows are slightly toasted.
  13. Let the sliders cool for about 5 minutes before cutting.
  14. Cut into individual portions (12 pieces recommended).
  15. Serve warm, optionally drizzled with melted chocolate or with a side of chocolate sauce for dipping.
