Instructions

- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing on low speed until just combined.

- Chill the dough in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes for better texture.
- Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Drop rounded balls of dough onto the prepared baking sheets, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
