Instructions
- Select a ripe watermelon that feels heavy for its size and has a smooth, blemish-free skin.
- Wash the watermelon under running water to remove any dirt or pesticides.
- Cut the watermelon in half lengthwise on a cutting board.
- Cut one half into smaller wedges and scoop out the flesh using a spoon or melon baller. Repeat with the other half.

- Transfer the watermelon cubes into a blender. Blend on high speed for about 30 seconds until smooth.
- If desired, strain the blended watermelon through a fine mesh sieve or cheesecloth into a large pitcher for a smoother juice.
- Add 1-2 tablespoons of fresh lime juice for tanginess and honey or agave syrup for sweetness, blending briefly to combine.
- Serve immediately over ice cubes in glasses or chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes before serving.
- Pour the chilled juice into glasses and garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired.
- Enjoy your refreshing watermelon juice!
- Store leftover watermelon juice in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 2-3 days.
- Freeze juice in ice cube trays for later use in smoothies or to chill other beverages.
